Nausea switched to feeling amazingly well

I had been rather unwell with something resembling gastroenteritis since the previous day and was amazed to notice how at one point I felt distinctly worse, then suddenly amazingly felt practically well! To be relieved of nausea and a headache so quickly, allowed me to enjoy the rest of our session much more, as well as being fully present to your playful joy.  What a liberating feeling, to be in the presence of your spontaneity!

Blissful laughter, positive physical changes

My session with Carol was a combination of laughter, joy & amazing synchronicities. I was experiencing swelling in my left knee and I felt the energy flowing there first and it continued after the session. Carol also felt my body challenged. I had no pain after.   Emotionally she picked up on me releasing ancestry issues. This was my truth as I had just had a skin graft for melanoma which had also been in my family thru generations & I was in the midst of deep releasing work.  The best part was the blissful laughter & connection with Carol. I continued to carry a high vibe energy after.
